The Diet That Fits Like A Glove!

Before I made my decision to follow this diet I ask myself, what do I have to lose besides the weight, joint pain or lack of energy? Then I came to the realization that it was more like what am I going to gain by eating this way? For with all the health challenges facing us today and one that is causing such high incidence  of  illnesses, diseases and diabetes just to name a few, and which is driving many to try  every  remedy and or diet under the sun just trying to find a cure or relieve. What  I discovered is that they are only a few nutritional and or diet programs that can really deliver results, and for me it was  the Blood Type diet were the results has been the most dramatic and life changing, and while some people do not know or ever heard of the this type of diet, they are others that think it is a restrictive diet, and this is simply because they are under the impression that they will have to avoid many of the foods  they are so accustom to eating.......

But if we are truly honest with ourselves we will admit that it is what most of us are eating today the real cause of most of our health issues, so my question to you will be that if you have tried everything under the sun with no lasting results, will you be willing to try the Blood Type diet?  In my opinion the word “diet” should not be attached to it because it is more than that, it is a way of eating and living that delivers astonishing results to those that adheres closely to its recommendations, do not get me wrong we all know that there is no perfect diet and definitely no perfect people, we all have our own strength and weakness.


But what myself and my wife have experienced since  we began this way of eating is a new sense of well being, some weight loss, no more joint stiffness or pain, tons of energy and many other health benefits, and in all honesty we do on  occasionally  and in very limited amounts  eat some foods from the avoid list.  But when it comes to meats, fish or poultry and because we are both Type O individuals we do purchase mostly organics produce and meats, we have replaced foods made from wheat with those made from quinoa, brown rice or spelt flour, and in order to meet our calcium requirements instead of cow milk or yogurt which are on the avoid list for us, we have replaced them with almond, hemp or pure organic soy milk and for some added insurance, we do take a few of Dr. D’Adamo nutritional supplements that are all natural and free of  stearic  acid and harmful additives plus we also drink the protein shake that he has developed especially  for each blood type. 


I truly enjoy sharing this health changing concept with everyone that is taking the time to read this blog, and especially after reading so many positive testimonials from so many folks that clearly state that the Blood Type diet works for them, by the way the good reviews far surpasses the somewhat negative comments of a few.  There are people of every walk of life that did turn to this way of eating and supplementation as their last resort and end up experiencing astonishing results, which is one of the reasons why this diet has gone far beyond the US borders.  My take on this is that if nothing else is working for you or you just want to lose some weight, improve your health and or prevent or manage diabetes, eating right for your type  based on the Blood Type Diet could just be the missing puzzle or link you have been looking for.
