For a diet not designed as a traditional
calorie-cutting “diet,” why is the Blood Type Diet so successful at helping
people reach their natural, healthy weight?
Over several decades, researchers have identified
over 1,000 common foods that contain powerful proteins called lectins. These food lectins
become active and important for you when they interact with your blood type. For example, after consuming any number of
foods containing wheat, both blood types O and A can experience bloating and
other digestive problems. This may be more than a simple “food intolerance.”
The walls of the stomach and intestines are lined with sensitive receptors that
interact with, and respond to, the lectin in wheat. At first, you may only experience that wheat
lectin interaction as a mild digestive problem, or a dull, listless feeling
after consuming foods not right for you.
Over time, the result is a steadily deteriorating state of health, loss
of energy and weight gain. The good news
is, by removing these targeted foods and replacing them with foods more suitable
for your blood type, you begin to experience the benefits of a leaner, cleaner,
more energetic body.....
The healthy weight loss and genetics program design for optimum health based on your Blood Type, and one that offers a highly advance system of supplementation that is ideally in-sync with your very individualized ABO and Genotype needs.

Thumbs Up To The Blood Type Diet!
My wife is a great fan of Dr. Oz and it is good to know that he gave the
thumbs up to the Blood Type diet, and it was in the for women only First magazine that he stated that eating right for his type gives him more vital energy, and don't we all need that! They are a few skeptics and critics in the medical field
that gleefully bash the very idea that blood type could possibly have a
significant role in human health, other than ensuring a proper match for a blood
transfusion and who through heaps of conclusions that can barely compare to the many years of research and work of Dr. Peter D’Adamo, the Blood Type diet continues to gain
momentum across the world with the results speaking for themselves. The majority of his followers myself included are sharing
a passion reaching far beyond following a formula that leads to well being, but there is also the understanding of the
science behind the data this concept has open doors into the biochemical
understanding of the modern man that are always seeking for a better quality of
life in the health arena........

The Lectins Dirty Secrets!
While dietary lectins are known in the scientific and
nutritional communities, most lay people and even many medical professionals
don’t know about them. Lectins are
involved in food allergies/sensitivities, inflammation and autoimmune disease,
just to name a few. For instance, lectins are linked to celiac disease. Even weight gain and low energy can be linked
to lectins. Lectins are problematic
because they are sticky molecules that can bind to the linings of human tissue,
especially intestinal cells. In so doing, they disable cells in the
GI tract keeping them from repairing and
rebuilding. Therefore lectins can contribute to eroding your intestinal barrier
and result in (leaky gut or diverticulitis). Because the lectins also circulate
throughout the bloodstream they can bind to any tissue in the body in the thyroid,
pancreas, collagen, joints, etc. This
binding can disrupt the function of that tissue and cause white blood cells to
attack the lectin-bound tissue, destroying it. This is an autoimmune response. The lectins
in wheat for example, are specifically known to be involved in rheumatoid
arthritis.....

all diabetes is preventable by eating the right diet and exercising appropriately. We have the power to virtually eliminate the
damaging effects of diabetes by making simple changes in the way we eat and
live. The progression to full-fledged
